FEATURES

“Villa South” is one of two 100 m² Alisseos villas. Each villa can be used independently, making them ideal for those who value their privacy.
However, “Villa South” and “Villa North” can also be combined to accommodate larger groups or family gatherings. They can comfortably accommodate 12 people.

Each villa has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, sleeping four people. Two further guests can sleep on sofa beds in the living area. Each villa also has a toilet and bathroom that are suitable for people with disabilities.

The beds are extra-large king-size, measuring 2×2 metres each. All bedrooms offer wonderful sea views and access to the terraces and pool.
Each villa features a spacious living room for shared use, comprising a generous seating area, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.

Floor-to-ceiling windows in every room offer panoramic views of the sea, the Taygetos Mountains and the surrounding olive groves.
The living space extends to a large terrace, which is partly shaded by a pergola.
An eco-friendly air conditioning system ensures a comfortable climate in the rooms during the hot summer months, while a heat pump automatically heats the houses via modern underfloor heating in colder temperatures and cools the floor in summer.

Wastewater is treated by a biological sewage treatment plant.

Each villa has its own private saltwater pool. While the average salt concentration in seawater is around 3.5%, in a saltwater pool it is just 0.4%. The salt is converted into chlorine through a process called electrolysis, which disinfects the water.
Consequently, there is no chlorine smell and no irritation to the eyes or skin. In fact, saltwater pools offer many benefits: saltwater has disinfectant and anti-inflammatory properties. The water also feels softer and more pleasant as the chlorine content is lower and more consistent.
Both pools are equipped with a counter-current system and a hydromassage system, which can be used for sporting activities or for therapy. A heat pump uses solar power to heat the water during the cooler seasons.

Location of the houses

The villas are at an altitude of 200 metres with a fantastic view over the sea to the western peninsula of the Peloponnese and breathtaking sunsets, below a small, typical Maniot village, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There is one of the most romantic tavernas with excellent food and live Greek music several times a week. A meeting place for all locals and visitors to dance.

The view to the east is of a pristine mountain landscape, the view to the west is of the Messinian Gulf and the plain in front of Agios Nikolaos.

Around the houses you have 2.500 acres at your disposal, partly olive groves, partly Mediterranean macchia, which invite you to explore or have a picnic. Your neighbours are only us, your landlords.

Stoupa, Agios Nikolaos or Kardamili with a variety of restaurants, traditional tavernas, bars, music bars, ice cream parlours and of course well-stocked supermarkets can be reached in approx. 10-15 minutes by car.
